Kids’ Foundation of Rantoul

The Kids’ Foundation offers financial assistance for low-income youth interested in participating in Rantoul Recreation Department and Rantoul Park District youth programs.  The Kids’ Foundation will provide vouchers for two different activities.

Bring the following documents to the Community Service Center:

  • Proof of Household Income (less than 30 days old)
  • Proof of address for the guardian and each child participating
  • Social Security card or DHS Medical Card for each child participating

To be eligible, children must live year-round in the Rantoul Township High School District and be enrolled in one of the schools which feeds into the district.  Children must be between kindergarten and 8th grade.

Vouchers are good from January to December in the year issued and may be used for any two different recreational activities or programs offered by the Recreation Department or Park District during the calendar year.

Available programs include:

  • Youth Center Membership
  • Youth Baseball / Softball / Basketball
  • Soccer
  • Swim Lessons
  • Summer Sports Camps
  • Christmas Break Camp
  • Golf Lessons

Note:  Kids’ Foundation vouchers are good for any programs with a maximum fee of $40.00 or less.  If an activity has a fee over $40.00, the voucher may still be used and participants must pay the difference.

Vouchers may not be used to obtain pool passes. If you have questions about the Kids’ Foundation call the Rantoul Recreation Department at 217-893-0461.
